Sparkling Wine

The special art of Sekt, or sparkling wine, has been maintained for a long time at Bischöfliche Weingüter Trier. All sparkling wines are produced with the greatest care in the traditional method of classic bottle fermentation. Completely healthy and ripe grapes from top vineyards in Ayl and from Scharzhofberg form the base wine. A minimum of two years on the yeast produces a fine sparkle and seductive, delicately fruity yeasty notes.
